Day 1
Overnight Flight
Welcome to Collette''s familiarization tour of Spain and Portugal. Your trip begins with an overnight flight to Madrid, Spain.

Day 2
Arrive Madrid, Spain
Arriving in Madrid, you have some free time to relax before tonight''s welcome dinner, featuring Spanish cuisine and wine.

Day 3
Madrid - Toledo - Madrid
Your tour of Madrid features the opulent Royal Palace with its impressive collection of furniture and artifacts. In the afternoon, visit the ancient capital of Toledo, featuring a medley of sites including the Gothic Cathedral, 13th century Synagogue, and El Greco’s masterpiece painting, “The Burial of Count Orgaz."

Day 4
Madrid - Cordoba - Seville
You depart the "land of castles" and travel to Cordoba. In this beautiful city you will visit the old Jewish Quarter, the 14th century Synagogue and the Mezquita, one of the world''s largest mosques. Later, depart for the beautiful Andalusian city of Seville, your home for the next two nights.

Day 5
Seville
Today you will see Columbus'' tomb, the ornate cathedral and Giralda Bell Tower. After a walking tour of the quaint old Santa Cruz Quarter and the beautiful Maria Luisa Park, enjoy an afternoon of leisure. This evening, enjoy an authentic flamenco show featuring Seville''s top performers.

Day 6
Seville - Lisbon, Portugal
En route to Lisbon, you pass charming farming villages and cork and olive tree plantations. Tonight, join your fellow travelers for a delightful dinner complete with local cuisine and Fado music at Adega Machado''s restaurant.

Day 7
Lisbon - Estoril Coast - Lisbon
A tour of Lisbon features the Moorish Alfama Quarter, Jeronimo''s Monastery, Monument to the Discoveries, and the Tower of Belem. In the afternoon, explore the world-famous resorts of the Lisbon coast. You begin with Sintra, one of the oldest and most beautiful towns in all of Portugal. Next is the beautiful resort town of Cascais, followed by Estoril. Celebrate the end of a wonderful trip with a farewell dinner.

Day 8
Lisbon - Depart for Home
