Day 1
Overnight Flight
Journey with Collette Vacations on an inspirational trip to the Holy Land - where it all began. Walk through city streets that are well over 2,000 years old and visit some of the most ancient sites in the entire world.

Day 2
Arrive Tel Aviv, Israel – Tiberias
Your tour begins in Tel Aviv where you will arrive and then transfer to Tiberias. This evening, join your fellow travelers for a special welcome dinner.

Day 3
Tiberias – Capernaum – Tabgha – Cana – Tiberias
Today you will drive to Capernaum and visit the site of Peter’s home and the ancient synagogue. Next, a stop will be made in the small area on the northwest shore of the Sea of Galilee called Tabgha. Here you will visit the Church of the Primacy of Peter. End your sightseeing with a visit to Cana, considered to be the site of the First Miracle, where Jesus turned water into wine.

Day 4
Tiberias – Nazareth – Tiberias
This morning cross the Galilean Plains to the hill top town of Nazareth where you will visit the Church of the Annunciation and Mary''s Well. Later return to Tiberias where you will have the remainder of your day at leisure.

Day 5
Tiberias – Kursi – Caesarea – Philippi – Tiberias
Begin your morning with a visit to the Ruins of Kursi. Continue along the Mediterranean coast to the ruins of the ancient Roman capital, Caesarea, built by Herod the Great in 22 B.C. Visit the Roman Theatre, Aqueduct and Fortress. Next visit Philippi, where Peter made his profession of faith.

Day 6
Tiberias - Jericho - Jerusalem
Leave Tiberias and stop at the Jordon River. Continue south to Jericho. Later drive to Mount of Olives for a breathtaking panoramic view of the amazing city of Jerusalem and the surrounding area. You will end your day in Jerusalem, where you will spend the next five nights.

Day 7
Jerusalem - Old City - Jerusalem
This morning you will travel to the old walled city. While walking through the four quarters that make up the Old City, you will visit the Western (Wailing) Wall, the Temple Area, and the Dome of the Rock, the Pool of Bethesda, and the Church of St. Anne. Next, you will walk the path of the Stations of the Cross as you traverse the Via Dolorosa, beginning at Pilate''s Judgment Hall and ending at the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.

Day 8
Jerusalem
Continue your sightseeing of Jerusalem with a visit to Ein Karem the home and birthplace of John the Baptist. Visit the Church of St. Peter’s in Gallicantu which is along the eastern slopes of Mount Zion. Visit St. Peter in Gallicantu and Mt. Zion where you see the room of The Last Supper and the tomb of King David. You will then view a scale model of Jerusalem and visit the Shrine of the Book at the Israel Museum to view the display of the Dead Sea Scrolls. Your sightseeing tour ends with a visit to the Garden Tomb.

Day 9
Jerusalem – Bethlehem – Jerusalem
A stop in the biblical city of Bethlehem, spread along the Judean Hills, allows for a visit to the Church of the Nativity, the birthplace of Jesus and the first church ever built. Later this afternoon enjoy an afternoon at leisure.

Day 10
Jerusalem – Bethany – Dead Sea – Qumran – Jerusalem
Begin your morning with a journey to Bethany. Later today, proceed to the lowest place on earth, the Dead Sea. The remainder of the day is at leisure. Perhaps you will choose to enjoy a swim in the Dead Sea. Because of the density of the sea''s waters, due to the salt content, you can effortlessly float in its beautiful healing waters.

Day 11
Jerusalem - Tour Ends

Travel distance from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv's Ben Gurion airport is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes. It is recommended that you arrive at Ben Gurion airport approximately 3 hours prior to departure.


Proper dress is required when visiting religious sites, sanctuaries, basilicas, etc.

Collette air passengers will depart from the Tel Aviv airport and all Collette transfers will depart from Jerusalem for the Tel Aviv airport.
