Day 1
Washington, D.C.
The United States capital is more exciting than ever! Major new museums have recently opened and the stately World War II memorial now graces the National Mall. Washington, D.C. is alive, as always, with great theater, music and a wealth of restaurants offering a world of cuisines. Today you commence your tour to Washington D.C., the bustling Nation’s Capital, to explore all that makes this city unique.

Day 2
Washington, D.C.
This morning you will embark on a guided tour of the National Cathedral which is a spiritual resource for our nation. This great and beautiful edifice in the city of Washington is an indispensible ministry for people of all faiths and none, and a sacred place for our country in times of celebration, crisis, and sorrow. Later, experience a narrated coach tour of the national monuments and memorials of Washington, D.C. View the stately monuments to Washington, Jefferson and Lincoln on the National Mall and stop to walk through the newest memorial, dedicated to the veterans of World War II. Complete your day with an excursion including dinner and a twilight tour of Washington’s famous monuments and memorials including those dedicated to Jefferson, Lincoln and Iwo Jima.

Day 3
Washington, D.C.
Today, Travel Ezee has arranged a special Capitol and White House visit for you.* Afterwards, you will have free time to visit the Smithsonian Museums at your own pace.

Day 4
Washington, D.C.
This morning visit the beloved home of the 1st president of the United States, General George Washington, where you have time to explore his estate, Mount Vernon, and the beautiful plantation grounds that he adored. Return to Washington for a free evening that provides the opportunity to experience one of Washington’s fine restaurants, attend a theater performance or simply relax.

Day 5
Washington, D.C.
Your day begins with a visit the Arlington National Cemetery which is the final resting place of many of our national heroes. You will view the Tomb of the Unknowns and have the opportunity to pay tribute to John F. Kennedy at the eternal flame that protects his gravesite. Your afternoon is at leisure to visit the Smithsonian Museums at your own pace. This evening, join your fellow travelers to celebrate the end of your memorable Washington journey during a sumptuous farewell dinner.
